IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Please review our payment and deposit policy carefully:
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. This deposit ensures your bed is reserved, but please note it cannot be refunded.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the recovery house. If the balance is not paid upon arrival, there is a chance your space may no longer be available, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your stay, we ask that you provide at least 14 days’ notice. In this case, your deposit can be transferred to a new date. For cancellations, 14 days’ notice is also required. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date once.
- Early Departure Policy: Once you arrive, we are unable to issue refunds for any unused days, even if you check out early for reasons such as surgery cancellation
