Reservation and Deposit Information:
Please refer to your quote for detailed information regarding your stay. Please confirm the Procedure(s) is correct; additional procedures may cost additional fees.
1. Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. To submit a deposit, please EMAIL a copy of the Driver’s license for anyone staying at the house, including yourself and your guest (if you are bringing one).
- Before sending your Deposit, please confirm that your desired dates are still available.
- Payments are accepted only in cash or via Zelle. All deposit information will be provided in your quote.
- If you need to change your reservation dates, you may do so only once, within the same calendar year as your deposit, and at least two weeks before your check-in date. An additional deposit of $100 is required for date changes, which will be credited toward your balance.
2. Massage Services
- Massages are available for $85 each.
- We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
**For your comfort and safety, we request that all guests bring a mask for their stay. You can only bring 1 carry-on size luggage.
3. Transportation Services
- Transportation to the Recovery House (RH) is provided on the first day after your pre-operative appointment. (If checking in on the day before surgery)
- -Drop and Pick up to & From Surgery / 24-hour care on Surgery day. (If checking in on the day before surgery)
- One drop and pick up to a post-op/ massage appointment.
- One drop and pick up for prescription.
- Additional Transportation is available for a fee.
- Surgery day: Anytime drop off and pick up
- On your last day, we provide complimentary transportation to either Fort Lauderdale or Miami airport. PLEASE check your quote for specific drop-off times and plan your flights accordingly, allowing at least one hour for transportation and two hours before flight departure.
- Our transportation service operates between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM (shuttle service):

- 9 AM: RH to Surgery Center
- 12 PM: Surgery Center to RH
- 1 PM: RH to Surgery Center
- 3 PM: Surgery Center to RH

Please note the transportation services are only to and from Surgery centers or airports. We do not provide transportation to Hotels, Airbnb properties, or Friends/ family houses etc.
4. Supplies and Packing List
No Wipes allowed / No Flushable Wipes allowed; They will be held until the end of your stay. You will be responsible for any USD 800 plumber bill if the toilets get clogged.
- We provide bed chucks.
- Please refrain from bringing any wipes, as they will be held until your departure.
- You will be liable for any plumbing costs incurred due to clogs caused by prohibited items.
- Required items to bring:
- ONE PACK THICK Long POISE PADS (a $25 fee applies if not provided)
- 2-3 long stretchy dresses
- Surgical tape
- One THIN cotton robe (no puffy robes; we will not launder them)
- Personal toiletries, keeping allergies in mind (toothpaste, toothbrush, creams, etc.)
- Stool softeners, Dial soap, Arnica gel/pills, Cepacol cough drops, Tylenol PM/ TYLENOL (for Muscles aches and pain), Melatonin
- Slides and adult diapers(depending on XL) sell for $3 per depend.
5. Meals & Laundry Policy
- All meals have a set menu. If you prefer not to eat the meals we provide, you can purchase them out.
- Laundry Service (once every other night)

- Shower Assistance
6. House Rules
- Our facility is designed to assist clients post-surgery; therefore, any accompanying guest must assist the client and stay for the same duration. You cannot change the length of your reservation without losing your entire deposit.
- The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

- Alcohol consumption
- Illegal substances
- Fighting, yelling, or swearing
- No phone calls on Speaker, you must have an earpiece and talk in common areas.

- Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of stay WITHOUT reimbursement. Sarah Teeluckdharry, the owner, can terminate any guest or client stay without notice or issuing a refund.
7. Guest Stay
- Transportation with the client is included.
- They have to stay the same length as you.
- Meals are included.

- A guest must accompany the Client at all times.
- The guest can wait at the house while the client is having surgery.
- The guest must assist the client in using the bathroom and helping with the client. This is not a retreat or hotel. It is a non-medical facility; it is to assist clients. Any Guest accompanying the client must be there to assist.
8. General Rules
- No changes to the length of your stay are allowed without forfeiting your entire deposit.
- Deposits are Non-refundable or Non-transferable
- You may change your reservation date only once within six months of your deposit date without losing your deposit.
- You can change your arrival date only once, up to 2 weeks before your arrival date, without losing your deposit.
- Availability is limited, and reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Before sending a Deposit, Please confirm we still have the dates Available.
By submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms. Please make your stay and others a pleasant one. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. All Payments made are Non-refundable.
