OUR POLICIES
When you land, you would UBER or LYFT to pre-op to meet your Doctor. Then UBER/LYFT to Recovery House. When you arrive at the recovery house that is when you will meet US. When you arrive we will show you to your room and let you rest. Surgery day we will take you to your surgery center. After surgery is complete your surgery center will call us when you are ready for pickup. When we pick you up we then go straight back to the Recovery House. Depending on how you are feeling we can drop your prescriptions off. If not we will drop it off and pick it up for you.
When you arrive to the Recovery House we will assign a caregiver to you to assist you. If you have a appetite we will provide you with a healthy meal. If you need help to the bathroom we are here to assist you. The next day we will take you to your post-op appointment and bring you back to Recovery house. After you come back from post-op you will be responsible for getting your own water and snacks from kitchen, sense we promote walking after surgery.
On check out day we will drop you off to your departure location. This can either be to your flight or to your clinic for your post op appointment. Our
transportation service is from when you check in with us to when you are checking out.
CHECK IN IS AT 12 PM / CHECK OUT IS AT 10am – PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR FLIGHTS WITH THIS IN MIND. Late checkout times will incur an additional fee and you will need to be cleared out of your room but may await your airport drop at the house if you choose to. Also no guest is allowed to visit recovery house before their arrival date. Caregivers will be preoccupied with surgery guest and their guests. We try too provided our guest with 100% of our attention. So when you get here you can have the same experience.

Payments to secure your date are NONREFUNDABLE. We require 1 full night deposit at time of booking to hold your room. Full Balance must be paid at recovery house at time of arrival. If your balance is not paid at arrival you take the chance your space will not be available and you will lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule your stay 14 days notice is required and we can change your date. If you need to cancel your stay 14 days notice is required. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE , It is only transferable to another date.
Once you arrive we do not refund for unused days if you check out early for any reason including surgery cancellation.. We will transfer your dates to another date if you want to sell your deposit. Financial arrangements must be made between you and the other party and confirmed with Recovery Home Manager prior to arrival.
GUEST CHARGE POLICY – at the time of booking your guest will have to pay deposit of 1 night. We are holding 2 beds for you and your guest, theirs at a discounted rate and if there is a need for cancelling your stay or if your guest decides not to accompany you to miami without 14 days notice your deposit is forfeited as a re-booking fee.

GUEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY POLICES
We allow our guests to have visitors at the recovery house. Visitors are allowed to come for an hour (1 hr) everyday. Visitors are not allowed in the room, all visit will have to be done in common area patio. Visiting times are between 10 am and 6 pm.
1 hour visits between 10 am and 6 pm.
